The Regal Brand adores our customers. Should there be an issue with your order we want to make it right. In compliance with sanitation regulations The Regal Brand cannot accept returns after product packaging has been opened. If you suspect product is defective, please kindly contact us immediately. All product concerns must be submitted to us within 10 days of product arrival. Anything after 10 days will be considered an acceptable product to the buyer and no refunds or store credit will be issued. All sales are final. Due to Sanitation & Health regulations we do not offer returns or exchanges on strip-lashes, adhesive and hair extensions. By purchasing our products, you agree to these terms upon checkout.
